Custom and Personalized Items
Because each item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before confirming your order.
If there’s an issue with your item (such as an engraving error on our end or damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it right away and make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email premierlaser25@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom or blank items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
