Processing Time

All items are custom made and typically ship within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
During busy seasons, production may take a little longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing — we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship anywhere in Canada using trusted couriers. We will not be using Canada Post at this time.
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they’ve been shipped.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada due to high import fees and tariffs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping or local pickup for select orders or locations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are out of our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at premierlaser25@gmail.com and we’ll assist in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
